In 2004 Lanerossi production has yielded 7,000 tons including combed and carded yarns. Over 52,000 spindles have been installed altogether, at the Piovene Rocchette and Kaunas production plants, respectively.

In the last few years Lanerossi has proceeded to a reorganization of production focussing the attention on the research and development of highly innovative yarns, enhancing the peculiarities of natural fibres being used in the productive process, from wool to silk, from cashmere to linen.

The unceasing and in-depth market studies conducted by our Products Dept. represent a starting point for all the activities carried out at our in-house research labs. From a close study of consumers’ behaviours and requirements new yarns, treatments and the new colour palettes are generated.
