Selection is a two-step process. The first aims to see how the
candidates’ motivations, aptitudes and abilities fit the
characteristics of the job and company values by means of individual
and group interviews and possibly the administration of psychological
aptitude tests on the part of expert personnel. The second entails
an interview with managers from the relative job sphere.
